It's possible; you'll probably want to adjust the setting of $mask so
you can see the - I used to
use 'set mask="^\\."'.

Someone did a patch for Courier's "Maildir++" scheme (which, AFAIK,
isn't any kind of standard), but I don't think it's been maintained.
