I have no problem making it work by adding on its own line:

my_hdr Bcc: x1@xxxxxx

The problem is to make it part of a macro sequence. I use 
one .muttrc file for multiple accounts with macros such as:

macro generic "<esc>1" ":set from=x2@xxxxxx hostname=y2.net realname=name"

Now, my specific question is, how do I make 'my_hdr Bcc: x1@xxxxxx'
part of the above macro? I tried several ways and always got a
"variable x is unknown"
