XTerm, UTF-8 and fonts

Hello,

I have allready a UNICODE font setup, but it lakes often characters.

Can anyone recommend a realy complete font (including different sizes)
for XTerm?

Oh yes, I run Debian GNU/Linux 3.1
If I run "xfontsel" I see "48375 names match"...

Maybe I have overseen a suitabel font for using in XTerm?

Note: All those Font-Stuff is frustrating!

Thanks
