Command TOP is not supported by server

Hi,
I try to configure my ~/.muttrc to use POP. 
If I press G in mutt, I always get the Message "Command TOP is not
supported by server.". I'm using freeBSD 5.4 with the pkg:
mutt-1.4.2.1_1

I put following stuff in ~/.muttrc:


set pop_delete=ask-yes
set pop_host="pop.superfly.net"
set pop_user="test@xxxxxxxxxxxx"
set pop_pass="testpw"
