I'm using Maildirs. Using them makes it easy to process one message
at a time.

Instead of having a macro to report, I have a macro to put confirmed
junk that the filters missed in a folder and misclassifed mail in
another. Every hour cron comes along and either reports the message
as junk and discards or reports as good and reinjects into procmail.

The amount of time I spend waiting for messages to classify is almost
zero, and I don't have to worry about chaining in extra macros when I
add/remove some component of the junk reporting process. It's worked
very well for me.
