Using Mutt with IMAP

I'm trying to list my subfolders at my work but can't see them.

The IMAP server is set up as
user.INBOX
user.subfolder

While at home, where it all works great it's set up as
user.INBOX
user.INBOX.subfolder

How should I do to be able to use subfolders at work?
