No, I just Cut & Paste my muttrc in that Mail so the command goes:
set folder = "/what/you/want"
There is one Command at a line in muttrc ...
There should be no ? or $ or what else you might think of in front of
the variablename on the left side. Its just straight the name!
So perhaps you should just try it again ... without the '?' ...
