I get some email postings from Yahoo Groups and ellipses (...) come
out as \205 and dashes come out as \226.  I looked in the headers and
the content-type is set to:

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

This seems to be what I have set in my muttrc, so I don't know why I
get this.  Any ideas?
