title encoded wrong

Hi,
   When I compose and send an email with mutt, the body is encoded correctly 
but the title seems not right, ie. " 
=?gb2312:us-ascii:iso-8859-1:utf-8?B?xLO0?= 
=?gb2312:us-ascii:iso-8859-1:utf-8?B?pqOsz8LRqcHLLi4u?=". However, those 
incoming mails' title appears normal. Are the body and title encoded 
differently? And are the outgoing mails' titles encoded different from those of 
the incoming ones?
   BTW, my locale is zh_CN, and I'd like my mails encoded in zh_CN.gb2312.
