Yea, I figured that out finally, and installed esmtp with my ISP smpt server as
the smtp host, that should trust the IP addresses the ISP gives out ;-)
I'm a bit saddened by the installation of esmtp, because it overwrote all the
relevant symlinks to sendmail, so if I ever decide to go back and try it, it'll
be a bit of a 'test of hardship' to get it all back to sendmail, but hopefully
by that time, I'll be ready to upgrade the system anyway.
