Procmail's built-in forwarding (via '!') can cause very, very bad mail
loops in some situations. Procmail uses sendmail on the back end for
forwarding, anyway, so calling sendmail explicitly doesn't change much:
it just makes it safer.

I recommend always piping to sendmail for forwarding.
