[PATCH] Header Cache backported to 1.5.6

Hello,
I just backported the HEADER cache (which currently includes header
caching support for maildir and imap style maileboxes) to vanilla
mutt-1.5.6. It was easy: Just had to delete some lines of code.

I did this for the Gentoo distribution to be able to update their header
caching version in the Gentoo portage, but maybe some users are
interested as well.

Don't forget to run ./prepare *after* applying the patch.
