Not knowing how hard dspam is to set up, I'm not sure :)
For me, setting up CRM114 involved:
1. Download
2. Install
3. Copy some files
4. Add a procmail rule to feed everything through CRM114
5. Wait a while and see how it does
6. Start auto-quarantining CRM114-spam-tagged email.
Now that it's up and working, it's obviously trivial to correct it when it
makes a mistake.
