Mutt 1.5.6i terminal resize problem

I've just switched from mutt 1.5.4 to a "vanilla" mutt 1.5.6i and I'm
experiencing weird terminal resize problems (i.e mutt will display the UI
at the initial terminal size when maximizing an (aterm|xterm|you name it).

I've tried compiling it with ncurses/slang.
It seems that compiling with slang does not allow to resize the terminal
($mutt -v --> -HAVE_RESIZETERM). If I compile it with ncurses, only the
indicator is maximized when maximising the terminal.

Is anyone experiencing the same problems ?

Here is the output of "mutt -v":
