Well, but if you have deleted some message you did not want to delete,
undeleting them can be quite a pain. And: No, the "batch tagging" or
"batch undeleting" features might not work then, either, because this
would tag/undelete other mails as well.
As always, each is personal preference. Because you don't see any sense
in something, this may not be the case for others. For example, I sync
my mailbox as soon as possible. It's just a personal preference.
