Philip -- ...and then Philip Mak said... % % Is there a hotkey that will send a reply to an e-mail (useful for % confirming mailing list subscriptions)? I'm thinking of like just two No, not yet. But there will be by the time you finish :-) % keypresses, one for the hotkey, another to confirm that I want to send % the message, and it should not write the sent message to Fcc. I'd make a macro that momentarily changes $editor to feed it the commands to reset the fcc and do anything else. For instance, since confirmations are usually set to reply to the right address, a macro that sets it to go to the first empty line and change everything from there down to fcc: /dev/null confirm and exit, and then all you have to do is hit 'y' to send it on. Have fun :-) HTH & HAND :-D -- David T-G * There is too much animal courage in (play) davidtg@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx * society and not sufficient moral courage.
