Enable/disable PGP/GPG with folder hook

Hi,

I have several mail folders where I want to have gpg
disabled, mostly mailing lists. I searched the net with
google, but found nothing withprobably the wrong keywords
(gpg folder-hook).

Can I disable / enable gpg with a folder-hook?
