Mutt seems to depend on this (optional) POP3 command.  The POP3 server
you are accessing doesn't support this command..  I think you should
file a flea (bug report), because it's an optional command.

Workaround:  use fetchmail or getmail.  And upgrade mutt to 1.4.1.
