I suspect the problem might be that you have created a *file*
$HOME/Mail/sent-mail and then, when you corrected the muttrc to have
$HOME/Mail/sent-mail/ you get an error because there's a file there
(already created) and mutt can't create the directory.
Try looking to see if $HOME/Mail/sent-mail exists and delete it if it
does.
