changing from depending on the recipient (any recipient, not abook based)

hi !

i'd like to set my from depending on the recipient,
a dynamic way.

i could hardcode a from based on my adressbook,
but that doesn't work when i'm emailing some
dude i just grabbed the email on a web page,
and i don't want to enter it to my adressbook,
it's just to send him a mail.

i'm using suffixes on my mta.
i'd like something like :

To: dude@xxxxxxxx 

gives 

From: xavier.dude.test.com@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
