mutt and gvim

Hi,

How can I use gvim as an editor in mutt. Just specifying
set editor="gvim" starts gvim for the mail body, but the mailing process is
interupted with a message like
Aborted unmodified message.
Should I use a different command to start gvim or is it not possible to start
the editor in a new window?
