[alac] 2004 Budget
We need to start thinking at our requests for FY2004 budget, which we
will have to finalize by early January. While we are waiting to get a
picture of what we've been spending so far of our 2003 budget, we should
start thinking at least at the two following matters:
- do we want to request an increase for travel funds, and to bring more
people - perhaps the whole Committee, or even external advisors when
needed - to ICANN meetings?
- do we want to request an increase in staffing, perhaps with (part-time
or full-time) consultants hired to act as regional At Large secretariat
and to support the regional organizing efforts?
Plus, of course, any other ideas you might have.
