Notes on Becky Burr proposal on "unjustifiable objections"




Unjustifiable objection proposal:
Policy proposals and objections come up to the Board
and the Board has the authority to verride objections
to policies that require consensus approval if
1. objecting party not substantially affected
2. objections not rational or reasoned
3. impose unjustifiable costs on third parties
or will disrupt the orderly competitive marketplace.
