I use List-Post for mutt and other lists. A bit simplified my
rule looks like this (for Maildir):

:0
* $ ^List-Post:.*mailto:\/[^@]+
Lists/$MATCH/

For mbox it would be:

:0:
* $ ^List-Post:.*mailto:\/[^@]+
Lists/$MATCH
