I access my exchange folders using IMAP. I sometimes notice some of
the old emails, in INBOX, from earlier of the day or week shows up
with
status new (N) again. Any idea how do prevent that? I always access my
IMAP from same host which is one of my screen window.
Also is there a quick way to change the unread, new status to read
status for few all the emails that are not at random orders?
In otherwords I cannot quickly just tag all of them by press and hold
the `t' key, since some in the middle are already read, and
hit `;' for tag- prefix and then apply an appropriate action.
Essentially, I am looking for some limit search, maybe, to display
only the emails with new status and then perform an action like -
change the status to read.
Thanks

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
