You're right, thanks. Unfortunately my keyboard gives weird values. ctrl+up
gives A, ctrl+down gives B, they give exactly the same numbers as if I type a
capital A or B, shift or alt and up or down do the same, and ctrl, shift or alt
+ enter just gives <enter>.
Oh well. It was for controlling the sidebar, since up and down and enter are up
and down and open in the index view, I felt the controls should be the same in
the sidebar, they obviously can't be exactly the same so I wanted to use ctrl.
I guess I can just get used to ctrl-n, ctrl-p and ctrl-o.
