set pgp_clearsign_command=

3.185. pgp_clearsign_command

   Type: string
   Default: ""

This format is used to create a old-style "clearsigned" PGP
   message.
Note that the use of this format is strongly deprecated. (PGP only)

don't use "clearsign".
