grep -v in a mail.

Hi all

I would like to known if it's possible (and easy of course) to make something 
like 

        grep -v "someword" 

in a message when I read it, and this depend the from.

More precisly what I want to do is (for example)

        grep -v "sshd"

in the body of a message send by the system (like logcheck). But of course
I don't want this grep in a «normal» message.
