I need to open a file in the pager to edit and then send, but can't find a command to do that. I've looked at "attachments", "pager", "compose", etc, but missed it if it is there. Or even while typing an email, add a file to it (but not as an attachment). If not that, can I start mutt with a file in the pager to edit and send? Thanks.
