I tried those but it doesn't work.

I tried to 

set use_from=yes
set reverse_name

but know when I hit r to reply, I get :

From: "a name" <steve>

and that's all. I would like to get 

From: "a name" <steve@xxxxxxxxxxx>

I didn't set $from because I don't want to use a default account, but
send-hooks for some and for the rest, use the To: field as the From: for
the reply..

Any hints ?
