    Well, no. But the confusion is understandable, as all the new
characters introduced by Latin-9 (and especially the euro) also exist in
CP-1252. Just not coded by the same byte. This confusion sometimes leads
to charset-hook Latin-9 to CP-1252, which is a harmful mistake: They are
not compatible.
