HINT:  If you want to remove the chance that unknown/unsuspected
actions are being performed, mv your ~/.muttrc and the /etc/Muttrc (if
exists) and make a very basic ~/.muttrc with only *required* entries.
Then attempt the actions in mutt that are causing concern.
