Probably discarded / rejected.

Always use $from instead of my_hdr From: (exception send-hooks)
At the very least my_hdr From: breaks reverse_name.

1. set from=syscon@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
2. make sure $use_from is set
3. make sure $envelope_from resp. use_envelope_from is set
