Sure, just use macros.

folder-hook     .       'bind index,pager r reply'
folder-hook     .lists  'bind index,pager r list-reply'

You might also be interested in seeing ignore_list_reply_to for the opposite behavior.

That is, forcing you to hit L (list-reply) even if the message you're replying to has suffered from Reply-To munging. That's what I use in order to have a consistent behavior: 'L' for lists, 'r' for people. Always.
