Replying to non-f=f messages currently adds quote markers to empty lines, whereas replying to f=f messages does not. This can be seen as an inconsistency.
3, since the current default behavior is, IMHO, unpredictable.Not only 2, because I happen to find this a very useful feature for inline replies. (No more empty lines removal done by the editor)
