Try something like:

	macro index ,read '<tag-pattern>*<enter><tag-prefix><clear-flag>W\ 
			<tag-prefix><clear-flag>O<untag-pattern>*<enter>'

Of course, change the binding to something more practical.

I don't know if it can be done with a shorter macro. I think not.
