Moving mail

Hi,

 my "mail path" is as follows:

 fetchmail->exim->spamassassin->/var/spool/mail/mccramer

 /var/spool/mail/mccramer->procmail->/home/muttmail/<folders>/

 The final format ist mailddir.

 I didn't found a way to move a mail from one folder to another
 with a generic mutt command.

 The only thing I found is the copy and the delete command.

 Is there any way to move a mail?

 Another question in this context is:
 How can I implement a macro, which first executes a shell command
 (with "!") and then executes a mutt command?

 Thank you very much for any helpful hint!

 Kind regards,
 mcc
