Can't reply to the right address

[Jing Xue <jingxue@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>]

I have an email sent by someone from Outlook. The relevant headers
look like:

From: "John Doe" <johndoe@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>
To: "'Jing Xue'" <jingxue@xxxxxxxxxxxx>

So when this email shows up in mutt, its "From" field on the index
screen shows:

To 'Jing Xue'

'@' shows jingxue@xxxxxxxxxxxx as the full sender address. And when I try to 
reply, either by 'r' or 'g', it always replies to
myself, without even having the original sender's address on CC.

This isn't a big deal, of course. But I'm new to mutt, and am very
interested in learning what exactly is causing the problem - and any
possible solution.
