I have a need to frequently write e-mail that is almost always the same, except for two peices of information: the user's name, and the ticket number associated with the e-mail. I'd like to ask how to best accomplish this with Mutt. A macro would be acceptable, though I would prefer to avoid macros... For whatever reason, I'm generally averse to using them.
