You mean http://wiki.mutt.org/?ConfigTricks ?

I do not see much improvement there. Only it works also for
subdirectories.  I do not have subdirectories in ~/Mail or I like to
ignore them.  I could do this with -maxdepth.  Is there a version which
I miss or what is better with the find version?
