some mutt questions

I've searched but haven't found the answers to these questions.

1. Is there a searchable archive of this mailing list?
        
2. Can you select multiple items in the index screen? Ie, with 
        shift-<up-arrow>?

3. How do you tell mutt to save the attachments and not just the text
        of the message?

4. How can I get index scrolling with up/down arrows to behave like this?
        If I'm at the top of a page (index screen) and hit the up arrow, I'd 
        like the index screen just scroll down one line and the selection 
        move to the previous message. Right now it flips to the previous page. 
I'd
        rather just scroll one line into the previous page.

5. How can I kill all future messages in a selected thread?
