Procmail does not *create* messages.  It delivers messages according
to the rules you devise.

You have told procmail to deliver to a directory, <xxx>/, which
contains a trailing '/' which is an indicator for for 'maildir', see
'man procmailrc'.  Remove the trailing '/' and try again.
