Re: Problems with iso-8859-1



 I have the same/similar problem:
 
 Debian 3.1/mutt 1.5.9i
 LANG=en_US
 
 Both the following suggestion do not work in my case.
 
 set charset="us-ascii//TRANSLIT"
 charset-hook '^iso-8859-1$' cp1252
 
 
 An example of mis-displayed line by mutt
 
 From:  =?ISO-8859-1?Q?Andy G=F6tze?= <goetze@xxxxxxxxxxxx>
 
 I am logged on a pc via ssh and am using bash shell.
 
 Any idea how to fix that in my case?
