Thanks for the reply Mark. The answer I got from my ISP (Fastmail.FM) is
that if Cyrus implements the editheader extension, they will turn it on
also.

So, back to my problem. Is there anyway to munge the display of the
subject line in mutts index_format to not show the mailing list names
for some folders?
