No it dosn't.  I don't want to see a specific mbox/maildir at startup
but the *list* of mboxes/maildirs I would see, if I typed 'c?'.

On my own Debian Sid mutt behaves in this way.  On the new system
(Debian Sid, too) mutt starts with displaying /var/mail/$USER - with
the same .muttrc.
