Here it looks good with iso-8859-1 you were sending. I noticed the 'ö'
in your signature (which is taken into account when mutt decides the
character to use).

Do you always use this signature? What are your settings for 'charset'
and 'send_charset'?

If you didn't change 'send_charset' that it's likely a problem with your
locale settings...
