Anyone who can offer some guidance in how to get mutt to handle
message/external-body,access-type=local-file? I am happy with the
applications launched by mutt on 'regular' attachments, can I somehow
get this behaviour extended to external-body attachments as well?
I did find an old email on access-type=anon-ftp, but couldn't quite
translate it into a solution for this.

> What's so great about the lambda calculus?
In a profession plagued by, "when all you have is a hammer, everything
looks like a nail," we get really excited when someone is able to come
along and prove that everything really *is* a nail if lambda is the
hammer.
