No, there's only one mutt-users list. The question already came up some time ago and it was decided that splitting up the list would do more harm than good. If you want to get started using mutt, go to www.mutt.org and follow the various documentation links (especially the new wiki.mutt.org), scroll through manual.txt and try some .muttrc options.
