Going from memory here, but searching the archives should be the definitive
answer, as I think I got my answer here earlier in the year. <smile>

Something like 'macro index S "|sa-learn spam' should work on tagged messages.
I'm not sure if that's the proper syntax as I don't use SA anymore. I now use
spamprobe.
