i use folder-hooks that, depending on which 'account' i'm looking at
change a bunch of settings, one of which is pgp_sign_as. it's a
simplistic approach, but it works, since i only really have two keys i
use anyway. i don't see why you can't use any of mutt's *-hook's for
what you want.
